5. Legal compliance and import

The Buyer is fully responsible for knowing and complying with the laws of their country regarding the import and use of peptides. The Seller is not responsible for shipments that are detained, confiscated or destroyed by customs or other authorities in the Buyer’s country. In such cases, the payment for the goods is not refunded.
