How to pay with cryptocurrency

Paying with crypto — how it works

This is a general guide using USDC (the simplest option). When you choose “Pay with crypto” at checkout and confirm the order, you’ll see the exact amount, the recipient address and buttons — all prepared for your specific order. You don’t need to own crypto beforehand.

The key thing is to send the exact amount of USDC on the Polygon network (if the provider asks for a network, choose this one). USDC is a “digital dollar”, so the amount is almost the same as your order total.
💳 Revolut — If you already have a Revolut account EASIEST
  1. 1
    Copy the recipient address:
address shown after you confirm the order
  2. 2
Open the Revolut app. Tap the “Crypto” tab at the bottom.
  3. 3
If you don’t have USDC yet, buy some: tap “Trade” (or “Buy”), choose USDC and buy a little more than we ask for (a few units as a buffer). Short of euros? Use “Add money”.
  4. 4
    Back in “Crypto”, tap “Send”.
  5. 5
Paste the address from step 1 into the address field. Careful: the list may show old addresses — pick only the one you just copied, starting with 0x…….
  6. 6
When asked for the network (“Network”), be sure to choose Polygon. This is the most important part: not Ethereum or any other — exactly Polygon, or the funds may be lost.
  7. 7
    Enter the exact USDC amount:
exact amount shown after you confirm the order
  8. 8
Tap “Review transfer”, check the address, amount and network, then confirm (PIN or Face ID). Revolut charges a network fee of about €3.50.
  9. 9
Come back to this page — the payment will be detected automatically (this can take anywhere from a few minutes to a quarter of an hour).
🐙 Kraken — Cheapest — by bank transfer (SEPA), registration required CHEAPEST
  1. 1
    Copy the recipient address:
address shown after you confirm the order
  2. 2
Download the Kraken app or open it in a new window:
    Open kraken.com ↗
    Sign up (email + password).
  3. 3
First time only — identity verification: your country of residence, an ID document and a face photo. It takes a few minutes and is only needed once.
  4. 4
Deposit euros: “Deposit” → EUR → SEPA. Kraken charges no deposit fee; with “SEPA Instant” the money usually arrives within minutes. Deposit about €3 more than the order total to cover fees.
  5. 5
Buy USDC: find the USDC/EUR pair and place a “Market” order (fee about 0.2%). Buy about 2 USDC more than we ask for, to cover the sending fee.
  6. 6
Send it: “Withdraw” → USDC. The network must be Polygon (USDC), not “Ethereum” and not “USDC.e”. Paste the address from step 1 (Kraken will ask you to confirm a new address by email).
  7. 7
Enter the amount so that the “You will receive” line shows exactly:
exact amount shown after you confirm the order
Kraken deducts a sending fee of about 1 USDC, so the amount you send will be about 1 higher.
  8. 8
Confirm the transfer. Come back to this page — the payment will be detected automatically (usually within a few minutes).
🌙 MoonPay — Pay by bank card, no app needed
  1. 1
    Copy the recipient address:
address shown after you confirm the order
  2. 2
Open MoonPay in a new window:
    Open moonpay.com ↗
    A purchase screen in euros will load. You don’t need the quick-amount buttons (€100 / €250 …).
  3. 3
Make sure the top reads “Buy USDC”. If not, tap it and choose USDC. If several network versions are shown, choose the one on the Polygon network. No other coin — USDC only!
  4. 4
Enter the USDC amount we ask for:
exact amount shown after you confirm the order
The amount must match exactly — don’t round it up or down. If the field won’t take all the digits, don’t pay: go back and choose another method, or write to us.
  5. 5
The euro amount at the bottom will be about 5–10% higher than the order total — those are MoonPay’s fees, that’s expected. Tap “Continue”.
  6. 6
Sign in: enter your email → the code from the email; accept the terms; confirm your phone with the SMS code.
  7. 7
First time only — identity check (“Verify your ID”): choose your country and document, then photograph it and your face. Keep the document at hand; it takes a few minutes.
  8. 8
When asked for a wallet address (“Wallet address”), paste the address from step 1 (if asked for the network — Polygon). Then pay by bank card and confirm.
  9. 9
Come back to this page — the payment will be detected automatically (up to ~30 min).
🅿️ Paybis — Pay by bank card
  1. 1
Copy the USDC amount to pay:
exact amount shown after you confirm the order
  2. 2
Open Paybis in a new window:
    Open paybis.com ↗
  3. 3
In the “You Receive” row, choose USDC. Watch out for look-alikes — the same coin exists on several networks; choose the one on Polygon.
  4. 4
Type the amount from step 1 into “You Receive”. Don’t enter the euro amount in “You Spend” — Paybis adds its fees, so “You Spend” will show more than the order total. That’s normal. Tap “Buy”.
  5. 5
Sign in: email → code from the email; phone → code from the SMS.
  6. 6
THE MOST IMPORTANT STEP: on the “Wallet” screen choose “External wallet” (not “Paybis wallet”!) — otherwise the funds stay in your Paybis account and the order won’t be paid.
  7. 7
Paste the address into the “Your USDC wallet address” field:
address shown after you confirm the order
    and tap “Continue”.
  8. 8
“Payment”: Apple Pay or “New card” → card details → “Pay”. You may need to approve 3‑D Secure in your banking app.
  9. 9
If you see “transaction rejected”, your bank declined the payment (many banks block crypto purchases by card). Try Apple Pay or another card.
  10. 10
Come back to this page — the payment will be detected automatically once Paybis sends the funds.
⚡ Already have crypto? — Send straight from your wallet or exchange
  1. 1
    Copy the recipient address:
address shown after you confirm the order
  2. 2
In your wallet or exchange, choose Send (or “Withdraw”) → USDC. Binance works too — purchases there are paused for EU customers, but you can still send crypto you already hold.
  3. 3
When asked for the network (“Network”), be sure to choose Polygon. Funds sent on another network may be lost. Exchanges often list two Polygon versions — “USDC” and “USDC.e”; we accept both, but plain USDC is preferred.
  4. 4
    The amount must be exact:
exact amount shown after you confirm the order
If you send from an exchange, it deducts a sending fee — make sure the recipient gets exactly this amount (increase the amount you send if needed).
  5. 5
Confirm. Come back to this page — the payment will be detected automatically.

Other coins. USDT works exactly like USDC (same Polygon network). ETH (Base), BTC and SOL are paid by bank card via MoonPay or Paybis; the steps are the same, you just pick the matching coin. You’ll see the guide for your chosen method on the order payment page after picking a coin.
