CJC-1295 NO DAC

CJC-1295 NO DAC is a synthetic analogue of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH), also known as modified GRF 1–29 (tetrasubstituted GRF 1–29). The molecule consists of the first 29 amino acids of human GHRH with four substitutions that increase its resistance to enzymatic degradation. Unlike the DAC version, this form has no Drug Affinity Complex linkage. PeptXBio supplies it as a high-grade laboratory lyophilised powder, ready for in vitro research.

Quality and purity

≥99% purity (HPLC). The powder is a high-grade, analytically verified lyophilisate whose batches have a stable composition and reproducible characteristics, suitable for controlled laboratory conditions.

  • Molecular formula: C152H252N44O42
  • Molecular weight: 3367.9 g/mol
  • Peptide chain: 29 amino acids
  • Amino acid sequence: Tyr-D-Ala-Asp-Ala-Ile-Phe-Thr-Gln-Ser-Tyr-Arg-Lys-Val-Leu-Ala-Gln-Leu-Ser-Ala-Arg-Lys-Leu-Leu-Gln-Asp-Ile-Leu-Ser-Arg-NH2

Why it is studied

As a GHRH analogue, CJC-1295 NO DAC is studied in in vitro models for its selective binding to the growth hormone-releasing hormone receptor (GHRH-R) – a G protein-coupled receptor expressed mainly on somatotroph cells of the anterior pituitary. Research looks at how receptor activation affects intracellular signalling pathways and the regulation of growth hormone secretion in isolated cell systems. The four amino acid substitutions serve as a model for studying the relationship between enzymatic stability and receptor affinity. This information is provided for research context only and is not an instruction for use.

Reconstitution

For laboratory work, the lyophilised powder is usually dissolved in bacteriostatic water, added carefully down the side of the vial – not sprayed directly onto the powder. The vial is swirled gently until the solution is clear; do not shake. The reconstituted stock solution is kept chilled and used in the system set out in the research protocol.

What you get

  • Active substance: CJC-1295 (without DAC, mod GRF 1–29)
  • Form: lyophilised powder
  • Amount per vial: 10 mg

Frequently asked questions

CJC-1295 (also known as Mod GRF 1–29) is a synthetic analogue of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) made up of 29 amino acids. In scientific research it is studied for its ability to stimulate pituitary growth hormone secretion. CJC-1295 binds to GHRH receptors and can trigger pulsatile GH release that closely resembles the natural physiological process. According to research data, the effect is observed without a significant rise in resting IGF-1 levels, which is why it is used in in vitro models of hormonal regulation.

CJC-1295 is studied in experiments on tissue regeneration, body composition and metabolism. Research models show potential to stimulate lipolysis (fat breakdown) and muscle cell proliferation. It is also used in research on sleep stages and neuroendocrine processes. It is often combined with other compounds that stimulate growth hormone secretion (secretagogues, e.g. Ipamorelin) in in vitro systems to study synergistic effects.

Our CJC-1295 is a lyophilised (freeze-dried) powder supplied in 10 mg vials. The lyophilised form ensures longer stability during storage.

Unreconstituted CJC-1295 is kept in a refrigerator at +2 °C to +8 °C, protected from light. For long-term storage, −20 °C is recommended. Use bacteriostatic water (0.9% benzyl alcohol) for reconstitution. Use the reconstituted solution within 14–30 days.
