GLOW

GLOW is a combined blend of research peptides bringing together three separate signalling molecules: the copper-binding tripeptide GHK-Cu, the synthetic pentadecapeptide BPC-157 and the thymosin β4 fragment TB-500. It is a group of synthetically produced peptides in which each component represents a different tissue and cell signalling mechanism. PeptXBio supplies the blend as a high-grade laboratory lyophilised powder, ready for in vitro research.

Quality and purity

≥99% purity (HPLC). Each component of the blend is synthesised and analytically tested separately, and the final lyophilised powder is produced without extraneous additives, aiming for consistent batch quality and chemical stability under laboratory conditions.

Specifications

  • Type: combined blend of three peptides (no single CAS number or molecular formula)
  • Component – GHK-Cu: copper-binding tripeptide Gly-His-Lys (3 amino acids)
  • Component – BPC-157: pentadecapeptide, 15 amino acids, sequence GEPPPGKPADDAGLV
  • Component – TB-500: synthetic fragment of thymosin β4 (a 43-amino-acid polypeptide)

Why it is studied

The blend is studied for the interplay of three complementary mechanisms in in vitro cell and tissue models. GHK-Cu is studied for its effect on collagen and elastin synthesis and on the expression of angiogenic growth factors, BPC-157 for the modulation of endothelial, growth factor receptor and nitric oxide signalling, and TB-500 for actin binding and cell migration and angiogenesis pathways. Together these targets form a regenerative biology research context, studied only in cell cultures and laboratory models, not as effects on the human body. The exact component ratio may vary slightly from batch to batch. This information is provided for research context only and is not an instruction for use.

Reconstitution

For laboratory work, the lyophilised powder is diluted with bacteriostatic water (sold separately), pouring the solvent down the side of the vial. The vial is swirled gently, without vigorous shaking, until the powder has fully dissolved. The prepared stock solution is kept refrigerated and used according to the research protocol.

What you get

  • Active substance: combined peptide blend
  • Form: lyophilised powder
  • Amount per vial: 70 mg
  • Solvent (sold separately): bacteriostatic water

Storage

Keep the unopened vial in a refrigerator (2–8 °C), or in a freezer (−20 °C) for longer storage, protected from light. Once reconstituted in bacteriostatic water, keep it refrigerated and use it within the time set out in your research protocol.

Important

For in vitro scientific research only. Not for use on humans or animals; this is not a medicine, dietary supplement or cosmetic product.

Frequently asked questions

GLOW is a combined blend of research peptides bringing together three separate synthetic signalling molecules: the copper-binding tripeptide GHK-Cu (Gly-His-Lys), the pentadecapeptide BPC-157 (15 amino acids) and the synthetic thymosin β4 fragment TB-500. Each component represents a different cell and tissue signalling mechanism: GHK-Cu is studied for its effect on collagen and elastin synthesis and on the expression of angiogenic growth factors, BPC-157 for the modulation of endothelial, growth factor receptor and nitric oxide signalling, and TB-500 for actin binding and cell migration pathways. Together these targets form a regenerative biology research context, studied only in in vitro cell and tissue models.

The blend is used to study the interplay of three complementary mechanisms in cell cultures and in vitro laboratory models: synthesis of extracellular matrix proteins (collagen, elastin), expression of angiogenic growth factors, modulation of endothelial and nitric oxide signalling, and actin-dependent cell migration. The ability of the GHK-Cu component to stimulate collagen synthesis in a cultured fibroblast model has been described in peer-reviewed literature (Maquart FX, Pickart L, Laurent M, Gillery P, Monboisse JC, Borel JP. Stimulation of collagen synthesis in fibroblast cultures by the tripeptide-copper complex glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine-Cu2+. FEBS Lett. 1988;238(2):343-346). This information is provided for research context only and is not an instruction for use.

The product is supplied as a high-grade laboratory lyophilised powder, ≥99% purity (HPLC). Each vial contains 70 mg of the combined peptide blend. Before in vitro work, the powder is diluted with bacteriostatic water, which is sold separately. The solvent is poured down the side of the vial, swirling the vial gently without vigorous shaking until the powder has fully dissolved.

Keep the unopened vial of dry lyophilised powder in a refrigerator (2–8 °C), or in a freezer (−20 °C) for longer storage, always protected from light. Once reconstituted in bacteriostatic water, keep the solution refrigerated and use it within the time set out in your research protocol. Proper storage ensures chemical stability under laboratory conditions.

GLOW is itself a combination of three peptides, so in in vitro scientific research it is most often studied as a single combination in which GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and TB-500 complement each other’s signalling mechanisms in regenerative biology models. In cell cultures it is usually studied in a standard experimental setting together with methods for assessing collagen or elastin synthesis, angiogenesis and cell migration. No dosing instructions are provided – use is defined by the specific laboratory protocol.

Absolutely not. This product is sold exclusively for laboratory research and scientific experiments. It is not intended for human or animal consumption and is not a medicine, dietary supplement or cosmetic product.
