Returns policy

PeptXBio strives to ensure the highest product quality and customer satisfaction. This policy applies to all orders placed through peptxbio.com.

Return conditions

Because of the specific nature of biological products and their storage requirements, returns are accepted only in the following cases:

• You received the wrong product (different from what you ordered);
• The product arrived in damaged packaging;
• The product does not match the declared purity (with analytical evidence provided).

A return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product. The returned product must be in its undamaged original packaging, unused, and transported in line with the storage requirements (+2 °C to +8 °C).

How to start a return

To return a product, send an email to [email protected] stating:

• The order number;
• The reason for the return;
• A description of the product’s condition and (if applicable) photos.

We will reply within 2 business days and provide return instructions.

Refunds

Once a valid return is approved, the money is refunded to the payment method used for the purchase within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are refunded if the error was on PeptXBio’s side.

Exceptions

Returns are not accepted if the product has been reconstituted, used or stored under improper conditions. For any other cases, contact us by email – we will review them individually.

This policy does not affect your rights under EU consumer protection law.
