KLOW
KLOW is a combined blend of research peptides bringing together four separate signalling peptides most often studied in the context of regeneration and the skin matrix: BPC-157, TB-500, GHK-Cu and KPV. It is not a single compound but a formulated multi-peptide composition made up of molecules of different origin and structure. PeptXBio supplies it as a lyophilised powder, ready for laboratory work.
Quality and purity
≥99% purity (HPLC). Each component of the blend is an analytically assessed, high-grade laboratory lyophilised peptide, and batches are formed with the aim of keeping component ratios and dissolution properties consistent.
Specifications
- Type: blend of four peptides, with no single CAS number or common molecular formula
- BPC-157: pentadecapeptide, a 15-amino-acid chain
- TB-500: synthetic fragment of the actin-binding region of thymosin beta-4 (a 43-amino-acid protein) (Ac-LKKTETQ, 7 amino acids)
- GHK-Cu: tripeptide (glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine) bound to a copper(II) ion
- KPV: tripeptide (lysine–proline–valine) derived from the C-terminus of alpha-MSH
Why it is studied
The blend is studied because, in in vitro models, its components interact with partly overlapping tissue-response pathways. In cell cultures, GHK-Cu is studied as a modulator of collagen and extracellular matrix protein expression, BPC-157 in the context of angiogenesis and cytoprotection, TB-500 (a thymosin beta-4 fragment) as an actin-binding molecule associated with cell migration, and KPV for an anti-inflammatory signal linked to the melanocortin receptor pathway. Such a composition makes it possible to study several parallel mechanisms of regeneration and inflammation modulation in a single model. This information is provided for research context only and is not an instruction for use.
Reconstitution
For laboratory handling, the lyophilised powder is reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, running it slowly down the side of the vial and swirling gently until the powder has fully dissolved – it is not shaken. Because of its multi-component composition, the solution is handled as a single blend, and working stocks are kept refrigerated for the time set out in the research protocol.
What you get

Important
For in vitro scientific research only. Not for use on humans or animals; this is not a medicine, dietary supplement or cosmetic product.
Frequently asked questions
KLOW is a combined blend of research peptides bringing together four separate signalling peptides: BPC-157 (a pentadecapeptide), TB-500 (the synthetic Ac-LKKTETQ fragment of the actin-binding region of thymosin beta-4), GHK-Cu (the glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine tripeptide bound to a copper(II) ion) and KPV (the lysine–proline–valine tripeptide derived from the C-terminus of alpha-MSH). It is not a single compound but a formulated multi-molecule composition without a single CAS number or common molecular formula. In in vitro models these components interact with partly overlapping tissue-response pathways: GHK-Cu is studied as a modulator of extracellular matrix protein expression, BPC-157 in the context of angiogenesis and cytoprotection, TB-500 as an actin-binding molecule associated with cell migration, and KPV for an anti-inflammatory signal linked to the melanocortin pathway. The information is provided for scientific context only.
In cell cultures and other in vitro models, the components of KLOW are used to study several parallel mechanisms of regeneration and inflammation modulation in a single model: the modulation of collagen and extracellular matrix protein expression, cell migration and angiogenesis, and anti-inflammatory signalling pathways. Classic in vitro work demonstrated that GHK-Cu stimulates collagen synthesis in fibroblast cultures independently of changes in cell number (Maquart FX, Pickart L et al., FEBS Letters, 1988). Such a multi-component blend makes it possible to compare overlapping tissue-response pathways under controlled laboratory conditions. This is an exclusively in vitro research application.
KLOW is supplied as a lyophilised (freeze-dried) powder, ready for laboratory work. Each vial contains 80 mg of the combined peptide blend, ≥99% purity (HPLC). For laboratory handling, the powder is reconstituted with bacteriostatic water (sold separately), running it slowly down the side of the vial and swirling gently until the powder has fully dissolved – it is not shaken. Because of its multi-component composition, the solution is handled as a single blend.
Keep the unopened vial of dry powder in a refrigerator (+2 to +8 °C), or in a freezer (−20 °C) for longer storage, always protected from light. Once reconstituted in bacteriostatic water, keep the working solution refrigerated and use it within the time set out in your research protocol. Proper storage helps preserve the stability of the components and the consistent properties of the blend.
KLOW is itself a combination of four peptides, so in in vitro research it is most often studied as a single blend in the context of regeneration and skin matrix models, where BPC-157, TB-500, GHK-Cu and KPV act as complementary signals (matrix protein expression, cell migration, anti-inflammatory pathway). In laboratory models it is usually studied together with fibroblast or epithelial cell cultures and appropriate control conditions that make it possible to assess the effect of the individual components and of the blend as a whole. No dosing instructions are given – this is an in vitro research context only.
Absolutely not. This product is sold exclusively for laboratory research and scientific experiments. It is not intended for human or animal consumption and is not a medicine, dietary supplement or cosmetic product.
